In order to collect, transport and / or treat waste of batteries, the signing of a cooperation agreement with Ecobatterien is necessary. This one is first of all submitted to the Administration of Environment for its advise.
Where applicable, transport, trading and/or exploitation authorisations must be submitted to the Administration of Environment. Once a favourable notice has been granted by the Administration of Environment, as well as obtaining authorisations, the cooperation agreement is validly accepted.
